Siesta!

This afternoon I tried to transfer a sleeping HG (he'd fallen asleep on my shoulder) to his crib and I just couldn't manage to do it without waking him up. He obviously needed a nap, so I simply plopped down in the Lazy Boy and took a nap with him. Two hours later I woke up feeling fantastic. Somewhere in there KG snapped a pic of the two of us in all our rumpled glory:

KG's got more family in town, this time on her mom's side. Sandra's been visiting along with Joe and Joe's daughter Abigail and granddaughter Kayla. KG took everyone to La Jolla today and snapped a few pics along the way.

Asleep In The Car Seat

Such a sweet little guy, he fell asleep on the way to the wild animal park. I love the glassy eyes and lone visible tooth in the 2nd photo.

Day At The Beach

KG convinced me to go to the beach today with her and the pup. Though I was tired and a bit of a slug, it certainly was a gorgeous day.
